My OpenBSD workstation is runs 4.0-stable, so I don't expect vlc or
mplayer to work with rtsp (soon, very soon). I busted out the WinXP
test box I used for building/testing IP Security Cameras.

I've tried the following five URI's on WinXP with VLC 8.5 and Quicktime
7.0.2 but have had no luck connecting. This was done between 1:00-2:00
pm PDT, and the meeting starts at 3:30pm PDT (6:30pm EDT)

I upgraded VLC to the most recent 8.6a (winxp) just in case it might
make a difference... no such luck. Below is the consol debug output
from VLC on XP.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong yet but hopefully I'll get it figured
out in the next hour...
