My employer (Carleton U) is switching from a commercial product to the BSD
licensed ePresence for all of their web lectures and teleconferences:

I'm not involved with the technical aspects, though, so poke about the
website. I can put you in touch with the project lead if you have further
questions. I have used it for conference calls (it integrates with
Asterisk) and they are flawless.
