For now, email events@metabug.org.
Include the organization, a subject line, what you want the body of the
posting to say. Include local times + times converted to UTC. Use one
of the CapBUG meeting notices as a template.

If possible try to broadcast them.
After the event, if materials were used, please post links to them in
the comments associated with the event notice on MetaBUG.
