New BUG in Argentina

Hello.
Im starting a BUG here, in Argentina, with some friends, maybe you
already know us from advocacy@freebsd.org.
We got a maillist provided by our university. (Universidad de Buenos
Aires) atm.
Next month all the students are back from vacations (including us) and
we plan to send a mail to students mail list to make everyone know about
us, so whoever want to share with us can do it.
Did someone write some presentation stuff like this so we can get some
guidelines and ideas?
I will apreciate anything you can share with us.
